Thank you so much for the analysis updates. As I look back I can't believe it's been over a year that we bought this house. I absolutely love it, and I'm looking forward to staying here a long time and making this house the most complete one in the complex. Thanks again for finding it for us.

We contacted Jennifer and she immediately began to work in finding the type home that would suit my son, James, specific needs and price range.

 

Jennifer spent an abundance of time showing us many properties. We soon settled on a home and went through the procedures to purchase that property. After the dust settled, we discovered that the deal had been put on hold by the lending bank for no apparent reason. We waited a brief period of time and found that nothing was being done to consummate the deal (through no fault of ReMax, Jennifer or the title company).

 

So, we again asked Jennifer to search for a different home for our son. She again immediately set upon the chore. Happily, she found an even better property and to make a long story short, we are now the owners of a new home in Mesa, AZ after closing on January 9^th.

 

I would like to take this opportunity to commend and thank Jennifer Neale for her kind and professional demeanor, her expertise and the long hours of toil she put in securing the property that best suited my son, James. Jennifer was always available for advice and communicated answers to our questions and gave necessary information at all hours of the day and night. I will recommend her to anyone that I know that are seeking properties in the Phoenix, AZ area in the future. Having bought and sold quite a few homes over the years through other realty companies, I noted that Jennifer was a cut above most.
